Pinky thoughts w/ a terrible Migraine

Åhhhh.... huvét är verkligen sååå ONT hela dagen. Jag var på yoga för att mildra det onda men så gör det inte ändå. Rusade hem och familjen inte är hemma. Skönt! för att vara ensam en stund.

Låg ett tag på soffa för att lugna ner mig och då kom drömmarna flöda i tankarna. Hoppades att det hjälper men icke.

ARRRRGGGG!!!

Gosh! my head is SPINNING and it's not funny. Am I whining again? Well, sort of! but how can I try to hide the pain? Anyways, I had this terrible migraine the whole day. I went for a yoga during lunch time thinking to ease the pain. Unfortunately, it doesn't.

I rushed home and found out that hubby & daughter aren't home. Hmmm... a wonderful feelings just alone home for awhile & for a change. I don't meant harm to both of my dear ones. Just, when times like this, I would like to hide from everybody.

While layin down on the couch, suddenly my inspirational thoughts plays. Of course, it's cool but not simple, huh? You seen it, ain't yah?

    Så tråkigt vännen, huvudvärk är så trist, finns inget annat än att vila tror jag, ja kanske då att titta på vackra inredningsbilder då kanske!?

    I have to tell you something I heard about Migraines..This woman said, she would get a brown paper bag and breathe into it, like people do if they are hyperventilating..do this as soon as the migraine starts and she claims it works..Her husband was a doctor and he couldn't explain it, but it worked for her. I never tried it, since I don't have them..but worth a try..Hope you feel better my dear friend..Hugs/Rosebud..

From Rugs to Riches...

My Day in Stockholm, Spookie City during Summer...

Hello BlogieWorld... Many asked if I gave up blogging §:-) LoL* as I was not posting for exactly 2 weeks. Well, I let you know, folks that I was hibernating as I could not cope up the hectic days at work and when I have time, I choose the resting moment as my Insomnia strikes again. Anyhow, I am here for good as other do. Sometimes quiet, sometimes dabbling with this and dabbling with that. Now... I am sharing my Friday to/at work... Starts here... I always start my day at the Espresso House, Mango N Mint smoothie OMG!!! the train station is absolutely empty in this 08.30 Friday a.-m. So quiet inside the Metro/train. No hassles, no pushing... no stress.. When I stepped inside the building where I work, you find the Wellness area. No one's there either? It is 09.00am. Usually, bunch of colleagues. Steps from that wellness area, it's a glass door, then to the lift leading to 6th floor My breakfast in my desk, consist of fruits, porridge, ...
