Shopping SPREE on my Freaky Friday

Just det! Idag är torsdag och jag är ledig. Skön va? Hmmm... jag hade varit på en behandling som kallar för "lymfdränage". Bra för kroppen för en "detox" avgiftning. Jag hoppas att den fungerar då. Nästa vecka ska jag gå 2 ggr och sen 1 gång/vecka i 8 veckor. Efter behandling så gick jag runt i Fältöversten vid Karlaplan. Åt sushi och träffade en tjej som jag känner. Jag handlade lite smått och gott... Me love: Jag älskar verkligen att shoppa.

You heard that right, my friends. Am off the whole day today and I went for a body drain (detox). Well, seems am conceited but, honestly am not. This was a docs advice. After 4 months of my operation, am still swollen on my tummy. Therefore, or hopefully, this treatment helps plus I might loose weight. Waahhh... am heavy for my height and am happy when they summed up the result. My body is a body of a 30 yr old. Tjooohoo---20 yrs younger?

Anyways, after the treatment, I went for lunch at my fav sushi bar. I then met a fellow filipina and chatted a while. I went for a shopping spree and I loooooovvveee, SHOPPING! Sort of shoppaholic.

HA! AM JUST LOVING MY LIFE and as you can see...

    wow..shopping is therapeutic fun..damaging to the purse, but what the heck..we need it, esp when we are trying to loose weight. Happy detox-ing :D

    Låter bra med lymfdränage.Och sen Sushi som är så gott. De lyktorna du har lika som mej har jag med sex stycken av tre vita och tre ljusblå låter helt underbart att ha ett äppelträd där de får hänga. Roliga shoppingpåsar :) TFåfängd som jag är tycker jag det är mycket roligare att shoppa om man får en snygg påse med, helst en i papper. Snyggaste sängen du har där på bilden WOW. Kram Katta

    Nja shoppa är jag inte sååå förtjust i, bara ibland och inte för länge för jag klarar inte att gå så långa stunder, men ibland är det kul..=)
    Hoppas du hittade något kul att shoppa.

    Och va härligt med lymfdränage, det har jag funderat på att prova, jag ska nämligen köra en Detox kur snart tänkte jag.. =)

From Rugs to Riches...

My Day in Stockholm, Spookie City during Summer...

Hello BlogieWorld... Many asked if I gave up blogging §:-) LoL* as I was not posting for exactly 2 weeks. Well, I let you know, folks that I was hibernating as I could not cope up the hectic days at work and when I have time, I choose the resting moment as my Insomnia strikes again. Anyhow, I am here for good as other do. Sometimes quiet, sometimes dabbling with this and dabbling with that. Now... I am sharing my Friday to/at work... Starts here... I always start my day at the Espresso House, Mango N Mint smoothie OMG!!! the train station is absolutely empty in this 08.30 Friday a.-m. So quiet inside the Metro/train. No hassles, no pushing... no stress.. When I stepped inside the building where I work, you find the Wellness area. No one's there either? It is 09.00am. Usually, bunch of colleagues. Steps from that wellness area, it's a glass door, then to the lift leading to 6th floor My breakfast in my desk, consist of fruits, porridge, ...
