The Last For Now but Not the Last till Next...

New Year---New Lifestyle...

Nothing can stop no one when they are focus and decided what they have had decided. 

For me, my health, my new me, my new lifestyle is what I care. Happy I overcome the hardwork... 

Well, that is me... if I can do it, then everybody can do it. I am not spreading on what to do to one's self, I am just encourage myself that everything can happen. It is not miracle. It is Me or You who can do to reach that goal. 

I am still struggling to reach the final goal but as for now, I am so happy with my lil steps with a BIG difference.

    Hello there, Chie! I congratulate you on working hard toward your goal of improved health! Ramon & I have been working on it here, too. It's not easy, but we have a goal in mind that we really want to reach. It isn't about being skinny or anything like that. It's just all about being healthier as we start aging. We want to be healthy, happy 90-year-olds!!! :-)

    You have such a happy table here! I can see why you would like having those plates. They really do bring a smile to the face!

    I think it's great that you used the clock your hubby gave you as a centerpiece! Does the clock mean that it's "time" to get healthy? :-) Have a wonderful weekend!

    What a wonderful table! I love the red and black together and your theme is very clever yet informative! I love the colors of your veggies and singing as you try to get healthier! Very enjoyable. We are trying to be better this year too. I was so inspired by 4 new friends who are in their 70s and amazingly fit and active and I told hubby we have to be nicer to our bodies! We have been doing green smoothies in the morning all month! I just have to put them in a pretty glass and then not look at the color - usually more brownish than green!

    Hello my friend, I haven't seen you in a while, wow, I have missed you! As usual a beautiful table and the music plates are swoonnnn!!!!! I love the orange clock too. Red and black is awesome! I'm so happy I stopped by and read about all the information you put out there and your steps at getting healthier. I too am eating really healthy, I really have for the past two years...plus I am going to the gym for some spinning I love. We must take care of our bodies, the ' Temple of the Soul' as Orientals call it. Have a lovely and warm weekend.

What is Saturday/Sunday if we don't chase the most important shots for the w/end, huh? Luckily, when I just woke up, I saw a lil sunlight. Lil L shouted, too! "MUM! hurry... Ready for another party!' It's been so busy from my part of the world. Summer means for us more work who are not in holiday. So, been working like crazy again, with my 2 students helping. It's a kinda cool, though. HERE IS MY SHARE FOR TODAY... A very quick done coz it's raining soon §:-) Started with some romantic bling I so love the color lilac with a touch of green, right? Welcome to Stockholm on my SHADOW SHOTS SUNDAY

Y es!!! Today, Sunday, me & hubby went to an early (08.00) Catholic Mass in the heart of Stockholm at Kungsträdgården (King's Garden). A quite and cosy mass w/ at least 50-60 attendeés. After the mass, we strolled in the park where you can see a blooming "Japansk körsbärsträd- JAPANESE CHERRY TREES" in it's high bloom. I feel so Asian §:-)) I meant, I felt am in Japan *giggles P LS.
