SKROTA BILEN/SCRAP THAT HUV!!!


JUST DET! KAPOTT---

Tråkigt men sant att få veta att bilen som gubben lämnade till verkstan behöver verkligen en "extreme make-over". Den kostar och den bilen är verkligen stor oxå! Han bestämde sig att skrota denna. Tråkig att höra med bäst att det blir bara 500SEK för skrot kostnad §;-) jämför med att betala så mycket pengar och så pajar den igen.

Just det! nu i helgen ska jag och familjen ha en liten week-end i vår fina stad. Ska bara lata oss, äta på fina Bern's Salonger, gå omkring som man är turister, shopping (det var länge sen) och på kvällen kanal 107.5 (radio) har en konsert, så lilla L ska träffa gamla kompisar från 9:an och titta i Kungsträdgården.

But hey! what a problem choosing which car that fits to me, to hubby, son & daughter, huh? Well I decided to buy one car each to my family member, that fits to their personalities. Don't you think am a generous wife & mum? Worl'd best, indeed! LOL***

Ha---ha--- yes! our HUV is kaputt...NADA... fixing it will cost us fortune and loving hubby decided to kick it away from our garage and buy smaller instead. As we're living just 20 mins from the city, for us isn't really needy to have a car. Infact, I don't drive. No hay problema for my part. Bus & train are just a stone throw away. While hubby needs it when it's time to throw big stuffs from the garden or whatever...

So, peps! hard to decide, huh? Well, those are the cars, I spotted! Would you mind assist me to sort out which is best §:-)

If you won't see me this week-end, I am at BERN'S HOTEL for a week-end retreat, dear friends.
Someone dear, booked this family room for us to chill out. Our iterinary will be shopping of course, dine at the finest restaurant at Bern's Salonger, visit my fav designer store Hans Mikael, concert at the park Kingsgarden and church on Sunday.

I just want to inform you that once upon a time, I worked here and I will show you around when I get back.

    Här går det bra. Skönt att vara hemma i lugnet nu. Alla har sånt semestermodus. Men det har jag sparat till oktober. Då stänger jag av totalt hihi....
    Då ska jag njuta. Madeira nästa....

    Nu däremot ska jag se på en krim på tvn. Sova några timmar och sen jobba lite inatt :D

    Åh..inte kul med gamla bilar som inte går som de ska...kan vara bättre att köra dem till skroten då.. =)

    Godmorgon. Det var tråkigt med bilen, men det var roliga förslag på nya..fniss. Nummer 1 skulle passa oss. Låter kul med en ute-helg i Stockholm. Mat och shopping är aldrig fel. Hoppas du får en riktigt bra helg.

    Kul att du också ska på en liten klassträff, jag var ju på en sån i lördags.Härligt att turista i sin egen stad med familjen, det är ju inte allt för ofta man gör det hände mer när barnen var små och satt i vagnen då sprang man runt hela tiden. Den röda femtiotalsbilen där är ju snyggast. Ha en toppenhelg, kram Katta

Having a BALL in our Outdoor cozy lounge...

AT LAST!!! Isn't it an easy life when our weather is not that HOT or too COLD ? ***  Det är så underbart liv när vädret tillåter. Absolut man får njuta det ljuva livet i solen. This is the time when I move our lounge outdoor and just loving to pamper it with my simple way and a dash of a chic style (at least) I feel it. *** En härlig dag sån här årstid. Jag flyttade vardagsrummet i uteverandan och den älskar jag. En enkel stil med en liten chic-touch! Here is my new outdoor LOUNGE!!!   Me & GH went for a morning walk (as always)   Preparing for a cozy outdoor lounge... I move the buffé table and gathered my treasures...  I gathered all my pensies in my galvanized tray... Cotton cookie holder from Malta with a St. John's cross My wrought cloche which I wanted to rust but still long way to go...  Mini grill? GH asked! Guess NOT! Don't you like it?   This corner will be a drink corner and ready to serve us... GH cho

Inherited--- A Vintage and Delicate Treasure

A sofisticated to my eyes... When I was young, I know what we had on top of my family's table. I don't really care what kind of treasures we had? I just remember that my grandfather had a very fine china set and unfortunately ended to a wrong greedy grandchildren, my first cousin's wife. Mum inhereted some of the set and as I recall she adored them till her last breath. If I am still living in The Philippines, I would love to keep them by myself. Hopefully, dear sis will adore as Mum does. Then, my new life started when I marry GH and move to Stockholm, Sweden 25 yrs ago. I know my love of kitchen/tables gadgets, i.e. household utensils, deep in my heart. It was already forseen by many of our friends--- my pedantic way and the love of a house to make it a home. I thank you Mum for that. It is true the saying " what we had experienced from our childhood, is what we get when we have our own" ? Well, when GH mother passed away 2 decades ago, GH inherite

The first real Amazing Spring Day...

AT LAST... This is really the first day with a great sunshine! It was just a busy day but we are  HAPPY ...  indeed   So, here was our day... An absolutely fine day... me & GH went for a walk... to see---- Cherry blossoms BlooM to the Max... this is one of the attraction in time like this in Kingsgarden... On the way home, this advertisement from 7-Eleven catches my attention... Then met these witches, LoL* sharing their goodies... that's another way around, huh? Then, when we came home, nothing can stop US... GH fix the gazebo in the mini-house in the garden... And the real witch is busy with her chores! Guess she is ready to party!
